What are the best materials to use for a deck?
The most widely used materials for decks are Composite, Pressure Treated, Cedar and Duradek.
If you are looking for a more budget friendly material, Pressure Treated is the least costly. For a maintenance free solution we highly recommend Composite decking. Made from man-made materials, Timbertech or Trex decking is extremely durable and comes in a variety of colors and styles.
What are the benefits of using composite decking?
Although it is a more costly decking product, it is 100% maintenance free. Made from man-made products and is offered in a variety of colors and styles. No more sanding, staining, pressure washing on a yearly basis.
How long is the warranty for a composite deck?
The warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and usually ranges from 20 to 25 years depending on the manufacturer.
What materials do you use for fences?
Pressure Treated, Cedar, Ornamental, Chainlink, and Vinyl.
How long does a custom deck or fence take to complete?
Depending on the size of the project, materials, existing space, and other factors; your Deck can be completed is as little as one week or longer.
How much does a deck or fence cost?
When designing a Deck or Fence, many factors affect the cost of the final project, such as size, complexity, materials used, and the layout of the home and yard. We do not have a baseline cost for our projects, you can contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our crews are fully covered by WCB. We are Bonded and Insured in the Province of Alberta.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We personally visit each new customer. We take your needs into consideration and provide any ideas or tips that we may have to ensure your Deck or Fence is something you will be satisfied with. You estimate is then promptly prepared and sent on a timely basis.
